The Solution for the Micro Fineness Milling
The first stage consists of three levels of serrated protrusions and grooves with increasing fineness. The stator can be adjusted without limitation to the
desired distance from the rotor. Under enhanced fluid turbulence, the grooves can change direction at each stage.
The second stage consists of a stator and a rotor. The design of the dispersing head also well meets the needs of substances with different viscosities and particle sizes. The difference between the stator and rotor (emulsifying head) of linear machines and the working head design of batch machines is mainly due to the requirements of conveying performance. In particular, it is important to note that the difference between coarse, medium, fine, and other working head types is not only the arrangement of the rotor teeth, but also, and very importantly, the different geometric characteristics of the different working heads.
The NWGMSD2000 series features high linear speeds and extremely small shear gaps, resulting in intense friction as material passes through, a phenomenon commonly known as wet grinding. The stator and rotor are conical in shape, with three levels of progressively finer serrated protrusions and grooves. The stator can be adjusted without limitation to the desired distance from the rotor.Under enhanced fluid turbulence, the grooves can change direction at each level.
