Product description

NEWAFLUIDS three stage inline homogenizer is a high-shear mixing and homogenizing machine designed to continuously process liquids, emulsions, suspensions, and other fluid products. Unlike batch homogenizers that process material inside a tank, an inline homogenizer is installed directly into a process pipeline.
The three-stage design provides three consecutive high-shear processing stages. As the product passes through each stage, it experiences intense hydraulic shear, turbulence, and mixing. This multi-stage process can improve dispersion, emulsification, particle-size reduction, and product uniformity.

How Does a Three Stage Inline Homogenizer Work?

Stage 1: Initial Mixing and Dispersion

The first stage breaks up large agglomerates and begins mixing different components. It is particularly useful when the incoming material contains powders, particles, or separated liquid phases.

Stage 2: High-Shear Homogenization

The second stage provides additional shear and turbulence. Droplets and particles are reduced further, helping create a more uniform dispersion or emulsion.

Stage 3: Final Homogenization

The third stage provides additional processing to achieve the desired consistency and stability. Multiple stages can be especially useful for products requiring intensive homogenization or fine dispersion.
