High pressure homogenizer Structure Principle and Features
High pressure homogenizer consists of container component, pump component, homogenizing component, pressure display and other components.
Motor, through triangular belt, transmission shaft and connecting bar and slider, drives piston to make reciprocating motions. The liquid material is continuously absorbed in and pressed out from the pump, so that it withstands strong pressure and be effectively thinned and fixed under comprehensive function of the strong press, impact,decompression and expansion.The machine has new structure and simple operation method, it is easy to repair and
maintain, featuring safety and reliability.

1.Lubricating system
Lubricating system which is both squirting and splash uses soft plastic pipes that can bear high pressure and oil. The oil can keep stable temperature at the same producing condition, so it brings excellent lubricate effect. The recycle cooling system reduces driving box’s temperature and lubrication waste.
2. Driving box
The eccentric shaft is made of special alloy steel which is wear-resisting and has long using life. The half construction is easy to maintain and be knocked-down. Driving and eccentric shafts are driven by v-model gears which have following advantage: low noise and good stability.
3. Wear parts
Homogenizing valve, one-way valve and piston are made of special alloy steel, with high impact-resisting and corrosion-resisting. This material is applicable to any CIP’s corrosion-resisting. In special condition homogenizing and one-way valves can be made of alloy steel which has same function. All kinds of sealing material have following advantage: wear-resisting, non-toxic, pressure-resisting and long life.It is easy and convenient to change wearing parts, especially it is no need to take off pump during changing pistons and sealing rings.
4. Construction
The square high pressure covers on the pump have high intensity and excellent sealing function. The tighten nuts with lids have nice out looking. The material gate is according to food sanitation and pharmacy standards. Out-in parts take adjustable tie-in which is easy and convenient to be taken off and fixed.
